• Ap. Gitschberg: 41 m² price per apartment  for 2-4 persons
• Ap. Bruneck: 28 m² price per apartment  for 2 persons
• Ap. Kronplatz: 38 m² price per apartment  for 2-4 persons
• Chalet Woods: 54 m² for 2-6 persons (Price: 200 – 300 € per apartment)
• Chalet Skyline: 52 m² for 2-6 persons (Price: 200 – 300 € per apartment)

Our terms & conditions

Prices

The prices include: water, electricity, heating in winter and final cleaning. The prices are in €/Euro, per apartment per day.

As of 01.01.2014 will be paid a community local tax of 1.50 € per person and night to all persons aged 14 and over (addition to the price of the apartment).

Minimum stay

The prices are valid for stays of 3 nights. For stays shorter than 3 nights, a surcharge.

Pets

Pets are welcome! Please bring your own basket or blanket.

Payment

Please pay cash on site.

Down payment

We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 30% has been paid.

Arrival & departure

On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 3 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out of the apartment not later than 9:00 am.

Cancellation

In case of short-term cancellations (6 weeks before your holiday), we will retain the deposit. However, the amount can be credited for a future stay with us. In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate will be charged.

Data Protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
